SB126-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB126-SA1,1,2 21. Page 3, line 9: after that line insert:
SB126-SA1,1,4 3"1m. "Original order" means a managed forest land order that is in effect on the
4date on which a catastrophic event occurs.".
SB126-SA1,1,5 52. Page 3, line 18: delete lines 18 to 23 and substitute:
SB126-SA1,1,11 6"(c) 1. For 10 years following the expiration of an original order, an owner of
7managed forest land described under par. (b) may pay, for those tracts that qualify
8for an extension of the due date of yield taxes under s. 77.87 (3m), the annual per acre
9amount established under the original order instead of the annual per acre amount
10established under any renewal of the original order provided that the managed forest
11land continues to be subject to a managed forest land order.
SB126-SA1,2,412 2. If both the catastrophic event and the renewal of the original order occur
