AB278-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB278-AA1,1,2 21. Page 7, line 15: after "(60)" insert "(a)".

AB278-AA1,1,4 32. Page 7, line 17: delete the material beginning with "vehicles, and" and
4ending with "fund" on line 25 and substitute "vehicles".

AB278-AA1,1,5 53. Page 7, line 25: after that line insert:

AB278-AA1,2,2 6"(b) No later than January 31, 2023, the department shall submit to the
7legislature, as provided under s. 13.172 (2), a report that estimates the number of
8vehicles sold annually that are exempt from the sales and use tax under this
9subsection and the amount of the tax that was not collected on such vehicles,
10including accessories and parts for such vehicles. The report submitted under this
11paragraph shall include sales beginning on the effective date of this paragraph ....
12[LRB inserts date], and ending on December 31, 2022. The legislature shall review
13the fiscal effect of the exemption under this subsection, as specified in the report

1submitted under this paragraph, no later than June 30, 2023, and determine
2whether to continue the exemption.".

AB278-AA1,2,3 34. Page 12, line 14: delete "2011" and substitute "2013".
