(2) (a) 11. The producing, fabricating, processing, printing or imprinting
17of tangible personal property for a consideration for consumers who furnish directly
18or indirectly the materials used in the producing, fabricating, processing, printing
19or imprinting. This subdivision does not apply to the printing or imprinting of
20tangible personal property
which will be subsequently transported outside the state
21for use outside the state by the consumer for advertising purposes
that results in
22printed material, catalogs, or envelopes that are exempt under s. 77.54 (25) or
23(25m).".

(25) The gross receipts from the sale of and the storage of printed
7material which is designed to advertise and promote the sale of merchandise, or to
8advertise the services of individual business firms, which printed material is
9purchased and stored for the purpose of subsequently transporting it outside the
10state by the purchaser for use thereafter solely outside the state.
This subsection
11does not apply to catalogs and the envelopes in which the catalogs are mailed.".
