7school year was eligible for a free or reduced-price lunch under 42 USC 1758 (b), $150
8multiplied by the membership in the previous school year.
SB40-SSA1-SA1,206,119 2. If 50 percent or more of the school district's membership in the previous
10school year was eligible for a free or reduced-price lunch under 42 USC 1758 (b), $300
11multiplied by the membership in the previous school year.
SB40-SSA1-SA1,206,1412 (b) If the appropriation under s. 20.255 (2) (ae) in any fiscal year is insufficient
13to pay the full amount under par. (a), the department shall prorate the payments
14among the eligible school districts.".

7eligible for aid under this section the same amount. In each school year thereafter,
8the department shall distribute aid under this section to eligible school districts
9proportionally based upon each school district's expenditures for special education
10in the previous school year, except that in any school year a school district may
11receive not less than $50,000, and not more than $150,000 or an amount equal to 50
12percent of the school district's expenditures for special education in the previous
13school year, whichever is less.

15eligible for aid under this subsection in that school year.".

4from the appropriation under s. 20.255 (2) (vy) (cy). The reimbursement amount may
5not exceed the actual transportation costs incurred by the parent or 3 times the
6statewide average per pupil transportation costs, whichever is less. If the
7appropriation under s. 20.255 (2) (vy) (cy) in any one year is insufficient to pay the
8full amount of approved claims under this paragraph, payments shall be prorated
9among the parents entitled thereto. By the 2nd Friday following the first Monday
10in May following receipt of the parent's application under sub. (3) (a), the department
11shall provide to each parent requesting reimbursement under this paragraph an
12estimate of the amount of reimbursement that the parent will receive if the pupil
13attends public school in the nonresident school district in the following school year.".
