AB150-ASA1-AA26,181,2215 118.019 (5) Advisory committee. Each school board shall may appoint an
16advisory committee composed of parents, teachers, school administrators, pupils,
17health care professionals, members of the clergy and other residents of the school
18district. The advisory committee shall may develop a human growth and
19development curriculum and advise the school board on the design, review and
20implementation of the advisory committee's human growth and development
21curriculum. The advisory committee shall may review the curriculum at least every

2for licensure as a school principal. A school principal license shall authorize the
3individual to serve as a school principal for any grade level.".

AB150-ASA1-AA26,182,136 118.19 (12) Beginning on July 1, 1998, the department may not issue or renew
7a license that authorizes the holder to teach reading or language arts to pupils in any
8prekindergarten class or in any of the grades from kindergarten to 8 unless the
9applicant has successfully completed instruction preparing the applicant to teach
10reading and language arts using intensive systematic phonics. In this subsection,
11"intensive systematic phonics" means a method of teaching beginners to read and
12pronounce words by learning the phonetic value of letters, letter groups and

18from the state superintendent under s. 118.19 (1) because the person is totally or
19partially blind, deaf or physically handicapped nor may any school district refuse to

6administrative positions in the public schools either by public school officials or
7employes or by teachers agencies or placement bureaus.".

AB150-ASA1-AA26,183,1512 118.24 (1) A school board may employ a school district administrator, a
13business manager and school principals and assistants to such persons. The term
14of each initial employment contract shall expire on June 30 of an odd-numbered year
15and may not exceed be for a term of at least 2 years.".

AB150-ASA1-AA26,183,2418 118.24 (8) Personnel administrators and supervisors, curriculum
19administrators and assistants to such administrative personnel, when employed by
20the school board of any school district to perform administrative duties only, may be
21initially employed for a term that expires on June 30 of an odd-numbered year and
22that does not exceed of at least 2 years. The term shall coincide with the state fiscal
23biennium. Subsections (5) to (7) are applicable to such persons when they are

AB150-ASA1-AA26,185,6 3"118.40 (7) (a) A charter school is an instrumentality of the school district in
4which it is located and the school board of that school district shall employ all
5personnel for the charter school. This paragraph does not apply to charter schools
6located in the school district operating under ch. 119.".

AB150-ASA1-AA26,185,2013 120.13 (26) Contracts for teaching and other educational services.
14Contract in writing with any person for teaching or other educational services if the
15individual who will be providing the services is appropriately licensed by the state
16superintendent under s. 115.28 (7) and the person entering into the contract files a
17copy of the individual's license with the school board. The contract may be for any
18term not exceeding 3 years. Except as provided in s. 118.25 (1), an individual who
19provides services under such a contract is not a school district employe for any

AB150-ASA1-AA26,189,17 5133.12 Domestic and foreign corporations and limited liability
6companies; cancellation of charters or certificates of authority for
7restraining trade; affidavit. Any corporation or limited liability company
8organized under the laws of this state or foreign corporation or foreign limited
9liability company authorized to transact business in this state pursuant to a
10certificate of authority from the secretary of state department of financial
11institutions which violates any provision of this chapter, may, upon proof thereof, in
12any circuit court have its charter or authority to transact business in this state
13suspended, canceled or annulled. Every corporation or limited liability company
14shall, in its annual report filed with the secretary of state department of financial
15institutions, show whether it has entered into any contract, combination in the form
16of trust or otherwise, or conspiracy in restraint of trade or commerce. The
17department of justice shall enforce this section.".
