(ab) Diclazepam (7-chloro-5-(2-chlorophenyl)-1-methyl-1,3-dihydro-2 H -benzo[ e][1,4]diazepin-2-one).
(ac) Etizolam (4-(2-chlorophenyl)-2-ethyl-9-methyl-6 H -thieno[3,2-f][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a][1,4]diazepine).

CSB 2.006 Note (n) Unless excepted under federal regulations, any suppository dosage form containing amobarbital, secobarbital, pentobarbital, or any salt of any of these drugs and approved by the federal food and drug administration for marketing only as a suppository.
