The statement of scope for the rule, SS 145-20, was approved by the Governor on October 28, 2020, published in Register No. 779A1, on November 2, 2020. The statement of scope was approved by the DHS Secretary on December 10, 2020. Public Hearing
A public hearing is required. The hearing will be scheduled and a notice will be published in the Administrative Register, following receipt of the Clearinghouse Report.
