Notice of Hearing
The Department of Safety and Professional Services announces that it will hold a public hearing on a permanent rule for SPS 320 to 326 relating to legislative updates to the uniform dwelling code and manufactured home communities, at the time and place shown below. The hearing was originally scheduled for June 28, 2021, however technical difficulties limited the ability of the public to participate in the hearing. As a result, this hearing has been scheduled to ensure that all interested parties have an opportunity to be heard.
