Senate Bill 27
Note that, if it is in the Senate, the Senate may take up 2011 Assembly Bill 40, relating to state finances and appropriations, constituting the executive budget act of the 2011 legislature, in lieu of 2011 Senate Bill 27. If 2011 Assembly Bill 40 is not in the Senate, the Senate may recess pending receipt of the bill and take the bill up immediately upon receipt from the Assembly. The Senate may vote on final passage of Senate Bill 27 or final concurrence in Assembly Bill 40.
