Please see the attached 2009-11 Biennial Report for the Department of Workforce Development as printed to fulfill the November 15, 2011 directive included in Secretary Huebsch's memo dated October 13, 2011 (also attached). This printed version is nearly identical to the electronic version DWD submitted on October 14, 2011, with two additions:
• Additional language on the development and implementation of nonstandard and/or flextime work hours schedules. (p. 5)
• The addition of a colorized back cover.
As instructed, four (4) printed copies are being routed to DPI Resources for Libraries & Lifelong Learning, and electronic copies will be distributed to additional individuals as specified in the memo.
