This resolution creates an assembly special committee on state-federal
relations.
Unless the committee completes its objective at an earlier date, the special
committee on state-federal relations will function until December 31, 1996.

1. AssemblyState-federal relations, special committee on. Upon
4the adoption of this resolution, the speaker shall appoint an assembly special
5committee, to be known as the "special committee on state-federal relations".

6Section
2. Completion of objective. The special committee on state-federal
7relations may function until December 31, 1996, but shall cease to exist at an earlier
8date either upon acceptance by the assembly of the special committee's final report,
9or upon completion of the special objective for which the committee was established.
