TO ASSEMBLY BILL 384

AB384-SA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB384-SA2,1,4 21. Page 1, line 3: delete "and changes to the state's energy priorities policy" and
3substitute ", changes to the state's energy priorities policy, and requiring a
4referendum".

AB384-SA2,1,5 52. Page 2, line 10: after that line insert:

AB384-SA2,1,6 6" Section 4m. Nonstatutory provision.

AB384-SA2,2,2 7(1m) There shall be submitted to the vote of the electors at the general election
8in 2016 the following question: "Shall 2015 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), which
9changes the state's energy priorities policy to require the consideration of certain
10advanced nuclear energy and which eliminates certain findings necessary for the
11Public Service Commission to approve the construction of a nuclear power plant,
12become law effective January 1, 2017?" If the question is approved by a majority of

1all votes cast on the question at the election, this act shall become law; otherwise it
2shall not take effect.

AB384-SA2,5m 3Section 5m. Effective date.

AB384-SA2,2,5 4(1m) This act takes effect on January 1, 2017, if the condition set forth in
5Section 4m (1m) of this act is satisfied.".
