AB462-AA7,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB462-AA7,1,4 21. Page 2, line 2: after "provided" insert ", prohibiting child care subsidy
3payments under Wisconsin Works for child care provided for a child of an employee
4of the child care provider,".
AB462-AA7,1,5 52. Page 21, line 12: after that line insert:
AB462-AA7,1,7 6" Section 36L. 49.155 (3m) (e) 1. of the statutes, as created by 2009 Wisconsin

, is repealed.
AB462-AA7, s. 36m 8Section 36m. 49.155 (3m) (e) 2. of the statutes, as created by 2009 Wisconsin

, is renumbered 49.155 (3m) (e) and amended to read:
AB462-AA7,2,210 49.155 (3m) (e) No funds distributed under par. (a) may be used for child care
11services that are provided for a child by a child care provider who employs either the
12parent of the child or a person who resides with the child, unless the child care

1provider is licensed under s. 48.65 and at all times at least 60 percent of the children
2for whom the child care provider is providing care are qualifying children
.
AB462-AA7, s. 36n 3Section 36n. 49.155 (3m) (e) 3. of the statutes, as created by 2009 Wisconsin

, is repealed.".
AB462-AA7,2,6 53. Page 24, line 1: delete "This act" and substitute "Except for the treatment
6of section 49.155 (3m) (e) 1., 2., and 3. of the statutes, this act".
AB462-AA7,2,7 74. Page 24, line 7: after that line insert:
AB462-AA7,2,11 8"(1c) No child care subsidy for parent who is employed by child's provider.
9The treatment of section 49.155 (3m) (e) 1., 2., and 3. of the statutes first applies to
10eligibility and continued eligibility determinations that are made on the effective
11date of this subsection.".
AB462-AA7,2,12 125. Page 24, line 13: after that line insert:
AB462-AA7,2,15 13"(1c) No child care subsidy for parent who is employed by child's provider.
14The treatment of section 49.155 (3m) (e) 1., 2., and 3. of the statutes and Section 40
15(1c) of this act take effect on the day after publication.".
