AB462-AA4,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB462-AA4,1,3 21. Page 2, line 2: after "provided" insert "; increasing the amount of funding
3to counties and tribal governing bodies for fraud prevention;".

AB462-AA4,1,4 42. Page 23, line 23: after that line insert:

AB462-AA4,1,5 5" Section 39t. Fiscal changes.

AB462-AA4,1,12 6(1) Funding for fraud prevention. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of
7the statutes for the appropriation to the department of children and families under
8section 20.437 (2) (dz) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2009, the dollar
9amount is increased by $500,000 for fiscal year 2009-10 and the dollar amount is
10increased by $500,000 for fiscal year 2010-11 to increase funding for counties and
11tribal governing bodies for fraud detection and prevention under the Wisconsin
12Works program.".

13. Page 24, line 1: delete "This act" and substitute "Except for Section 39t of
2this act, this act".

AB462-AA4,2,3 34. Page 24, line 13: after that line insert:

AB462-AA4,2,5 4"(2) Funding for fraud prevention. Section 39t of this act takes effect on the
5day after publication.".
