5(1t) Achievement guarantee contracts. In the schedule under section 20.005
6(3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of public instruction under
7section 20.255 (2) (cu) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1997, the dollar
8amount is increased by $3,000,000 for fiscal year 1998-99 to provide funding for
9additional schools under section 118.43 (2) (c) of the statutes.".
