bison, horses, goats, poultry, sheep, swine, deer, or any other kind of animal that the
Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection identifies by rule are
required to register the premises at which the animals are kept with DATCP or with
an agent that contracts with DATCP to administer the registration program.
For further information see the state fiscal estimate, which will be printed as
an appendix to this bill.
