AR13,1,2 2Resolved by the assembly, That:
AR13,1 Section 1. Special order scheduled. The following proposals shall be
3special orders of business on Thursday, June 13, 2013, at the times shown:
AR13,1,6 (1)   At 1:01 p.m., 2013 Assembly Bill 216, relating to: prohibiting the group
4insurance board from contracting for or providing abortion services and
5exempting religious employers, religious organizations, and religious
6institutions of higher education from contraceptive insurance coverage.
AR13,1,7 (2)   At 1:02 p.m., 2013 Assembly Bill 217, relating to: civil liability for
7performing a sex-selective abortion, and providing a penalty.
AR13,1,11 (3)   At 1:03 p.m., 2013 Senate Bill 200, relating to: various changes in the
8unemployment insurance law; license revocations based on delinquency
9in payment of unemployment insurance contributions; granting
10rule-making authority; providing a penalty; and making an
11appropriation.
AR13,1,13 (4)   At 1:04 p.m., 2013 Senate Bill 206, relating to: requirements to perform
12abortions, requiring an ultrasound before informed consent for an
13abortion, and providing a penalty.
AR13,1,14 (5)   At 1:05 p.m., 2013 Senate Bill 207, relating to: incorporations including
14territory of two towns.

Section 2. Twelve hour notice. Consideration of the special order of
business established in Section 1 of this resolution shall occur at the time shown in
that section or 12 hours after adoption of this resolution, whichever is later.
