This bill increases state equalization aids to school districts in the 2014-15
school year by $396,000,000.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

(1) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation
4to the department of public instruction under section 20.255 (2) (ac) of the statutes,
5as affected by the acts of 2013, the dollar amount is increased by $396,000,000 for
6the second fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection takes effect to
7increase funding for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.
