1. Special order scheduled.
The following proposal shall be a
3special order of business on Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at the time shown:

(1) At 11:01 a.m., 2011 Assembly Bill 463, or 2011 Senate Bill 368, if it is in
the Assembly,
relating to: permits for discharges into wetlands; wetland
4mitigation; wetland mapping and delineation; fees for permits and other
5authorizations or determinations by the Department of Natural
6Resources relating to structures, deposits, and other activities in or near
7navigable waters; making appropriations; and providing penalties.

Section
2. Twelve hour notice. Consideration of the special order of
business established in
Section 1 of this resolution shall occur at the time shown in
that section or 12 hours after adoption of this resolution, whichever is later.
