AR18,1,2 2Resolved by the assembly, That:
AR18, s. 1 Section 1. Special order scheduled. The following proposals shall be
3special orders of business on Thursday, November 3, 2011, at the times shown:
AR18,1,4 (1) At 11:01 a.m., 2011 Senate Bill 2, relating to: changes to timing of
4application process under the open enrollment program.
AR18,1,8 (2) At 11:02 a.m., 2011 Senate Bill 42, relating to: mandatory reporting of
5child abuse or neglect by school district employees; training in child abuse
6and neglect identification, laws, and procedures for those employees;
7retaliation against a person who reports child abuse or neglect in good
8faith, and granting rule-making authority.
AR18,1,9 (3) At 11:03 a.m., 2011 Senate Bill 77, relating to: membership on the State
9Trails Council.
AR18,1,10 (4) At 11:04 a.m., 2011 Senate Bill 85, relating to: theft of certain services and
10providing a penalty.
AR18,1,12 (5) At 11:05 a.m., 2011 Senate Bill 86, relating to: permitting an educational
11agency to refuse to employ or to terminate from employment an
12unpardoned felon.
AR18,2,13 (6) At 11:06 a.m., 2011 Senate Bill 95, relating to: granting high school credit
13for extracurricular sports; services provided by a special education

1program; transportation aid paid to school districts; the use of moneys
2received by a school district from the common school fund; using the
3results of standardized examinations to evaluate, discharge, suspend, or
4discipline a teacher or for the nonrenewal of a teacher's contract; the
5number of teaching days scheduled in the Milwaukee Public Schools;
6permitting a school district to limit the grades in which to reduce class size
7under the Student Achievement Guarantee in Education Program;
8permitting a school board to deny enrollment to a pupil who has been
9expelled from an out-of-state school or from an independent charter
10school in this state and permitting an independent charter school to expel
11a pupil; use of law enforcement records to take disciplinary action against
12a pupil under a school district's athletic code; and changing the date by
13which a school district must certify the amount of its property tax levy.
AR18,2,15 (7) At 11:07 a.m., 2011 Senate Bill 117, relating to: venue for actions and
14appeals in which the sole defendant is the state, a state board or
15commission, or certain state officers, employees, or agents.
AR18,2,16 (8) At 11:08 a.m., 2011 Senate Bill 151, relating to: opportunities to win prizes
16that are received by employees as compensation from employers.
AR18,2,18 (9) At 11:09 a.m., 2011 Senate Bill 212, relating to: regulation of nursing
17homes, requiring the exercise of rule-making authority, and making an
18appropriation.
AR18,2,19 (10) At 11:10 a.m., 2011 Senate Bill 224, relating to: exception to local levy
19limits for the village of Shorewood.
AR18,2,21 (11) At 11:11 a.m., 2011 Senate Bill 228, relating to: placing, possessing, or
20transporting a firearm, bow, or crossbow in or on a vehicle or in or on a
21motorboat.
AR18,2,28 (12) At 11:12 a.m., 2011 Senate Bill 234, relating to: preaccreditation and
22accreditation of private schools participating in the Milwaukee Parental
23Choice Program and the choice program for eligible school districts,
24certificates of occupancy for participating private school buildings,
25verification of income eligibility for pupils to participate in the programs,
26fees and tuition charged to pupils attending participating private schools,
27and standards of conduct for administrators of participating private
28schools.
AR18, s. 2 Section 2. Twelve hour notice. Consideration of the special order of
business established in Section 1 of this resolution shall occur at the time shown in
that section or 12 hours after adoption of this resolution, whichever is later.
