SJR81,1,1 1Relating to: a civilian national security force.
SJR81,1,52 Whereas, then senator Barack Obama stated on July 2, 2008, that "We cannot
3continue to rely on our military in order to achieve our national security objectives
4that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as
5powerful, just as strong, and just as well funded [as our military]"; and
SJR81,1,86 Whereas, while it may not be unusual for a socialistic, atheistic totalitarian
7regime to form a huge national security force to create dependency and monitor the
8citizenry, our country was not founded to be such a state; and
SJR81,1,119 Whereas, as any American schoolchild should know, a civilian security force as
10well funded as our military would be disallowed under the Ninth and Tenth
11Amendments; and
SJR81,2,212 Whereas, while no specific national security force has yet been proposed, other
13Obama initiatives including a national database of school records from preschool to
14graduate school, a national database of medical records, federal ownership of car
15companies and banks, and sundry other unconstitutional expansions of federal

1power show the current chief executive has no respect for the limitations our
2forefathers put on our government; now, therefore, be it
SJR81,2,7 3Resolved by the senate, the assembly concurring, That the Wisconsin state
4legislature expresses its intent to pass a law barring any federal employee of a new
5national security force to enforce laws which should be the purview of state and local
6law enforcement under our Constitution should such a national security force be
7established.
