SJR75,1,7 2Resolved by the senate, the assembly concurring, That, upon the adoption
3of this joint resolution by the senate and concurrence therein by the assembly,
4enrolled 2009 Senate Bill 291, relating to authorizing the designation of a tax
5incremental district as distressed and expanding the use of donor tax incremental
6districts, is recalled and shall be made available in the senate at the amendable stage
7on any day's calendar.
