SJR66,1,32 Whereas, Lloyd H. Kincaid was born May 8, 1925 in Fern, Michigan, and died
3on November 1, 2007, at his home in Crandon, Wisconsin; and
SJR66,1,64 Whereas, the son of Jesse and Nettie Kincaid, Lloyd H. Kincaid graduated from
5Crandon High School and worked as a cabinetmaker, meat cutter, and grocery
6businessman; and
SJR66,1,87 Whereas, Lloyd H. Kincaid served in the United States Army during World War
8II from 1943 to 1945; and
SJR66,1,119 Whereas, Lloyd H. Kincaid is survived by his wife of 55 years, Kathleen "Trink"
10Kincaid, and children David, Jim, John, and Sandy as well as nine grandchildren,
11six great-grandchildren, and by his sisters and brothers; and
SJR66,1,1312 Whereas, Lloyd H. Kincaid was the epitome of a public servant, working as a
13member of the local technical college board, his city council, and county board; and

1Whereas, Lloyd H. Kincaid was first elected to the state assembly in 1972 where
2he served until he was elected to the state senate in 1983, serving until his retirement
3in 1990; and
SJR66,2,74 Whereas, as senator, Lloyd H. Kincaid served on a wide range of committees,
5boards, and commissions, serving the fine people of the 12th Senate District,
6championing issues of serious interest to his constituents in the areas of tourism,
7transportation, and natural resources; now, therefore, be it
SJR66,2,11 8Resolved by the senate, the assembly concurring, That the members of the
9Wisconsin legislature commend the devoted public service Lloyd H. Kincaid
10contributed to this state and his community, express their sorrow at his death, and
11extend condolences to his family and friends; and, be it further
SJR66,2,14 12Resolved, That the senate chief clerk shall provide a copy of this resolution to
13Lloyd H. Kincaid's wife Trink and his four surviving children, David, Jim, John, and
14Sandy.
