1An Act to create 84.013 (3m) (f) of the statutes;
relating to: the Fond du Lac

This bill requires the Department of Transportation (DOT) to remove the
barriers it installed at two intersections on the Fond du Lac bypass on USH 151 that
prevent vehicles from traveling across USH 151 and to instead install at these
intersections traffic control signals. DOT must maintain these traffic control signals
at these intersections, and not otherwise prohibit or prevent vehicles from traveling
across USH 151 at these intersections, until DOT constructs new interchanges in the
vicinity of these intersections.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

1. 84.013 (3m) (f) of the statutes is created to read:

(3m) (f) On that portion of the Fond du Lac bypass, enumerated under
5sub. (3) (rm), where USH 151 intersects CTH "V" south and where USH 151
6intersects CTH "T," also known as Fourth Street Road, in Fond du Lac County, the
1department shall remove the barriers installed by the department at these
2intersections preventing vehicles from traveling across USH 151 and shall install at
3these intersections traffic control signals. The department shall install these traffic
4control signals not later than 90 days after the effective date of this paragraph ....
