This bill imposes the sales tax on the lease of luxury boxes, sky boxes, and club
seats at baseball park facilities that are owned, operated, or leased by a local
professional baseball park district.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
SB385, s. 1 4Section 1. 77.52 (2) (a) 13. of the statutes is created to read:
SB385,1,65 77.52 (2) (a) 13. The lease of luxury boxes, sky boxes, and club seats at baseball
6park facilities, as defined in s. 229.65 (1).
