This bill provides that if a school board contracts with a person to provide
photographs of 12th grade pupils for a school yearbook the contract may not prohibit
a pupil from supplying his or her own photograph for the yearbook, subject to the
school board's reasonable specifications.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

(5) If a school board contracts with a person to provide photographs of
512th grade pupils for a school yearbook, the contract may not prohibit a pupil from
6supplying his or her own photograph for the yearbook, subject to the school board's
7reasonable specifications.

(1) This act first applies to contracts entered into, modified, extended, or
