This senate resolution deletes the authorization by the joint committee on
legislative organization for 12 senate positions.

SR8,1,73 Whereas, the joint committee on legislative organization, by mail ballot dated
4October 11, 2001, authorized the senate and assembly to employ 12.0 full-time
5equivalent (FTE) positions each for the purpose of providing policy research, public
6information, and technical services, to be assigned in equal numbers for majority and
7minority members; now, therefore, be it

9committee on legislative organization for the senate are no longer authorized.
