AB66,1,2 1An Act to create 77.54 (44) of the statutes; relating to: a sales tax exemption
2for sales to veterans organizations.

This bill creates a sales tax and use tax exemption for goods and services sold
to veterans organizations.
This bill will be referred to the joint survey committee on tax exemptions for a

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
AB66, s. 1 3Section 1. 77.54 (44) of the statutes is created to read:
AB66,1,64 77.54 (44) The gross receipts from the sale of goods and services to, and the
5storage, use or other consumption of goods and services by, a state veterans
6organization, as defined in s. 45.353 (1) (b).
