1An Act to amend 119.44 (2) (c); and
to create 115.28 (42) and 120.18 (1) (j) of
2the statutes;
relating to: establishing a repository of information about school
3building construction and granting rule-making authority.

This bill requires each school board that completes construction of a school
building to submit certain information to the department of public instruction (DPI)
concerning the plans, costs and materials involved in the construction of the school
building and requires DPI to maintain a repository of this information for school
boards to use.

printed as an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
