2Administration. (a) General program operations. The amounts in the schedule for

7sufficient to reimburse s. 20.866 (1) (u) for any amounts advanced to meet principal
8and interest costs on self-amortizing university facilities whenever the combined

6indebtedness and such other payments as may be required under existing loan
7agreements, and for optional rental payments in addition to the mandatory rental
8payments under the leases and subleases, in connection with the providing of
9facilities for such activities. Except as provided under par. (gm) and sub. (5) (i), all
10moneys received by the university of Wisconsin system for or on account of any
11housing facility, commons, dining halls, cafeteria, student union, athletic activities,
12stationery stand or bookstore, parking facilities or car fleet, or such other auxiliary
13enterprise activities as the board designates and including such fee revenues as
14allocated by the board and including such moneys received under leases entered into
15previously with nonprofit building corporations as the board designates to be
16receipts under this paragraph shall be credited to this appropriation. All moneys
17received from the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority under any
18lease or rental agreement entered into under s. 233.03 (10) or 233.04 (7) shall be
19credited to this appropriation account. A separate account shall be maintained for
20each campus, the center system and extension.
