Resolved by the senate, the assembly concurring, That, upon the adoption of this joint resolution by the senate and concurrence therein by the assembly, enrolled 2009 Senate Bill 291, relating to authorizing the designation of a tax incremental district as distressed and expanding the use of donor tax incremental districts, is recalled and shall be made available in the senate at the amendable stage on any day's calendar.
