Resolved by the assembly, the senate concurring, That, upon the adoption of this joint resolution by the assembly and concurrence therein by the senate, enrolled 2009 Assembly Bill 8, relating to municipal quotas for retail intoxicating liquor licenses, is recalled and shall be made available in the assembly on any day's calendar for further consideration and amendment. Under assembly rule 73 (8), the question before the assembly on 2009 Assembly Bill 8 is the adoption of assembly substitute amendment (LRBs0151/1) to 2009 Assembly Bill 8.
