AB354-AA1,1,5 21. Page 5, line 9: after “corporation." insert “Once terminated, the
3corporation's status as a benefit corporation may not be revived for a period of one
4year from the most recent date of termination of the corporation's status as a benefit
5corporation.".

AB354-AA1,1,7 62. Page 9, line 25: after “shareholders" insert “, within 30 days of the end of
7the benefit corporation's fiscal year,".
