AB251-AA6,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB251-AA6,1,3 21. Page 34, line 20: delete the material beginning with that line and ending
3with page 35, line 11, and substitute:

AB251-AA6,1,6 4"(1m) This act first applies to a proposed rule or emergency rule whose
5statement of scope is presented for approval under section 227.135 (2) of the statutes
6on the effective date of this subsection.".

AB251-AA6,1,7 72. Page 35, line 12: delete lines 12 to 16 and substitute:

AB251-AA6,1,8 8" Section 71m. Effective date.

AB251-AA6,1,9 9(1c) This act takes effect on July 1, 2017.".
