SB517-SSA1-SA1,1,2 21. Page 6, line 2: delete lines 2 to 16 and substitute:

4(b) of a tenant's past-due charges for electric service, the owner of a rental dwelling
5unit may request that the municipal public utility terminate electric service to the
6rental dwelling unit. Except as provided under rules of the public service
7commission relating to disconnection of service and subject to the procedural
8requirements under those rules, unless all past-due charges are paid, the municipal
9utility shall terminate electric service to the rental dwelling unit upon receipt of a
10request under this paragraph.".
