SB324-AA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB324-AA3,1,6 21. Page 2, line 21: after "election." insert "Notwithstanding the other
3provisions of this paragraph, if a municipality has a history of voters waiting in line
4to vote for one hour or more on an election day at any polling location, the municipal
5clerk may offer hours for receiving absentee ballots in person without limitation to
6time or day.".
