SB206-SA9,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB206-SA9,1,10 21. Page 10, line 5: after "heartbeat." insert "The pregnant woman may have
3a designee accompany her into the facility in which an ultrasound is to be performed
4and during the ultrasound and she or her designee may videotape or make an audio
5recording of the ultrasound and any part of her visit to the facility from the time of
6her entrance to the facility. No person may obstruct or prevent a pregnant woman
7from having a person accompany her in a facility in which an ultrasound is to be
8performed. No person may obstruct or prevent a pregnant woman or her designee
9from videotaping or audio recording the ultrasound or any portion of her visit to the
10facility in which an ultrasound is to be performed.".
