SB206-SA6,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB206-SA6,1,2 21. Page 9, line 11: after "ultrasound" insert "as described in par. (e)".

SB206-SA6,1,3 32. Page 10, line 15: after that line insert:

SB206-SA6,1,6 4"(e) An individual shall meet all of the following requirements and be certified
5to perform an ultrasound to be considered qualified to perform an ultrasound under
6par. (a) 1.:

SB206-SA6,1,87 1. The individual satisfies core and continued competency requirements to
8perform ultrasounds.

SB206-SA6,1,119 2. The individual completes an accredited course that offers training in
10obstetric ultrasound and maintains continued medical education related to
11ultrasound techniques.

13. The individual meets educational and experiential requirements to be an
2ultrasound technician.".
