AB808-AA1,1,2 21. Page 3, line 1: delete "and approved" and substitute ", is approved".

AB808-AA1,1,5 32. Page 3, line 2: after "chapter" insert ", and has and maintains a risk-based
4capital ratio of at least 300 percent as determined under the risk-based capital
5instructions adopted by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners".
