AB493-AA16,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB493-AA16,1,4 21. Page 1, line 2: delete the material beginning with "exemption" and ending
3with "identification" on line 3 and substitute "the requirements to present proof of
4identification or residence".

AB493-AA16,1,5 52. Page 2, line 3: after that line insert:

AB493-AA16,1,6 6" Section 1m. 6.11 of the statutes is created to read:

AB493-AA16,1,10 76.11 Proof of residence and identification. No form of proof of residence
8or identification presented by an individual under this chapter is considered
9deficient solely because the individual is homeless, a renter, or a student, or because
10the individual resides in transitional housing.".
