Supplemental transportation aids to counties and municipalities. 13Notwithstanding any limit on the maximum amount of aids payable under section
1486.30 of the statutes, as affected by this act, from the appropriation under section
1520.395 (1) (au) of the statutes, as created by this act, the department of
16transportation shall make payments of $98,307,500 in fiscal year 2013-14 and
17$98,307,500 in fiscal year 2014-15 to municipalities and counties to supplement the
18aids available under section 86.30 of the statutes, as affected by this act. Payments
19made under this subsection shall be made to municipalities and counties receiving
20payments under section 86.30 of the statutes, as affected by this act, and shall be
21allocated according to a uniform percentage among all municipalities, and among all
22counties, receiving aid payments under section 86.30 of the statutes, as affected by
1this act. Payments made under this subsection shall be used for transportation
2related expenditures.".
