AB27-SA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB27-SA3,1,3 21. Page 1, line 3: after "basis" insert "and immediate posting of information
3regarding architectural or engineering contracts entered into by the state".

AB27-SA3,1,4 42. Page 2, line 9: before that line insert:

AB27-SA3,1,5 5" Section 1p. 16.413 (3) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB27-SA3,2,26 16.413 (3) (b) State agencies shall provide the department with all of the
7information required under par. (a), and, if the contract is entered into under s. 16.87
8for engineering or architectural services, a state agency shall provide the
9department with all of the information required under par. (a) immediately after
10entering into the contract. The department may specify the format in which state
11agencies provide the information. The department shall make the information
12available on the searchable Internet Web site, and, if the contract is entered into

1under s. 16.87 for engineering or architectural services, the department shall make
2the information available immediately upon receipt.".
