AB27-SA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB27-SA2,1,2 21. Page 2, line 9: before that line insert:

AB27-SA2,1,3 3" Section 1m. 16.413 (3) (am) of the statutes is created to read:

AB27-SA2,1,74 16.413 (3) (am) The department shall ensure that all of the information under
5par. (a) 1. to 5. relating to each contract for legal services on a contingent fee basis
6entered into under s. 20.9305 is immediately and completely available for inspection
7on a searchable Internet Web site maintained by the department.

AB27-SA2,1p 8Section 1p. 16.413 (3) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB27-SA2,1,139 16.413 (3) (b) State agencies shall provide the department with all of the
10information required under par. (a). The governor shall provide the department with
11all of the information required under par. (am). The department may specify the
12format in which state agencies provide the information is provided. The department
13shall make the information available on the searchable Internet Web site.".
