AB206-AA5,1,7 3"(e) No payment may be made under this subsection to a group whose primary
4purpose is, or that is affiliated, associated, or partnered with a group whose primary
5purpose is, to promote animosity, hostility, and malice against persons belonging to
6a race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or national origin that differs
7from that of the members of the organization.".
