SB1-SSA1,1,2 1An Act relating to: transferring moneys from the general fund to the budget
2stabilization fund.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

SB1-SSA1,1 3Section 1. Fiscal changes.

SB1-SSA1,1,74 (1) Transfer of moneys from the general fund to the budget stabilization
5fund. During the 2013-14 fiscal year, $40,000,000 is transferred from the general
6fund to the budget stabilization fund. During the 2014-15 fiscal year, $60,000,000
7is transferred from the general fund to the budget stabilization fund.
