SB23-SA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB23-SA2,1,3 21. Page 10, line 9: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
3page 11, line 8.

SB23-SA2,1,4 42. Page 11, line 14: delete "subs. (3) and" and substitute "sub.".

SB23-SA2,1,5 53. Page 29, line 23: after that line insert:

SB23-SA2,1,6 6" Section 51d. Nonstatutory provisions.

SB23-SA2,1,10 7(1) The department of revenue shall submit as part of its budget proposals for
8the 2013-15 biennial budget bill a provision that is substantially similar to the
9provision related to relying on past audits under section 73.16 (3) of the statutes, as
10created in September 2011 Special Session Senate Bill 23.".
