SB7-SA4,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB7-SA4,1,3 21. Page 5, line 1: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
3page 8, line 5, and substitute:
SB7-SA4,1,4 4" Section 3a. 344.01 (2) (am) (intro.) and 1. of the statutes are amended to read:
SB7-SA4,1,75 344.01 (2) (am) (intro.) "Minimum liability limits" means, with respect to a
6motor vehicle policy of liability insurance, liability limits, exclusive of interest and
7costs,
in the following amounts:
SB7-SA4,1,118 1. Before January 1, 2010 2017, $25,000 because of bodily injury to or death of
9one person in any one accident and, subject to such limit for one person, $50,000
10because of bodily injury to or death of 2 or more persons in any one accident, and
11$10,000 because of injury to or destruction of property of others in any one accident.
SB7-SA4, s. 3b 12Section 3b. 344.01 (2) (am) 2. of the statutes is repealed.".

1" Section 17s. 632.32 (4) (a) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB7-SA4,2,72 632.32 (4) (a) (intro.) Except as provided in par. (d) and subject to par. (e), every
3policy of insurance subject to this section that insures with respect to any owned
4motor vehicle registered or principally garaged in this state against loss resulting
5from liability imposed by law for bodily injury or death suffered by any person arising
6out of the ownership, maintenance, or use of a motor vehicle shall contain therein or
7supplemental thereto provisions for all of the following coverages:".

SB7-SA4,2,1210 632.32 (4) (e) 1. In this paragraph, "consumer price index" means the average
11of the consumer price index over each 12-month period, all items, U.S. city average,
12as determined by the bureau of labor statistics of the U.S. department of labor.
SB7-SA4,2,1613 2. Annually, beginning in July 2012, the commissioner shall adjust the dollar
14amounts required under par. (a) 1., 2m., and 3m. by the annual change in the
15consumer price index and publish the adjusted figures in the Wisconsin
16Administrative Register.".
