SB40-SA1,1,13 4(1c) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the
5appropriation to the technical college system board under section 20.292 (1) (eh) of
6the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2011, the dollar amount is increased by
7$400,000 for the first fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection takes
8effect to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made. In the
9schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the
10technical college system board under section 20.292 (1) (eh) of the statutes, as
11affected by the acts of 2011, the dollar amount is increased by $400,000 for the second
12fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection takes effect to increase
13funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
