SB338-AA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB338-AA3,1,2 21. Page 2, line 5: after "veterans" insert "and making an appropriation".

SB338-AA3,1,3 32. Page 27, line 8: after that line insert:

SB338-AA3,1,4 4" Section 91m. Fiscal changes.

SB338-AA3,2,2 5(1) Technical colleges. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes
6for the appropriation to the technical college system board under section 20.292 (1)
7(d) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2011, the dollar amount is increased by
8$35,800,000 for the first fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection
9takes effect to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
10In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the
11technical college system board under section 20.292 (1) (d) of the statutes, as affected
12by the acts of 2011, the dollar amount is increased by $35,800,000 for the second fiscal

1year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection takes effect to increase funding
2for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.".
