TO 2011 SENATE BILL 306

SB306-AA13,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB306-AA13,1,3 21. Page 1, line 6: delete "against women who perform or obtain" and substitute
3"for performing or obtaining".

SB306-AA13,1,4 42. Page 9, line 24: delete that line and substitute:

SB306-AA13,1,5 5" Section 10d. 939.75 (2) (b) 1. of the statutes is amended to read:

SB306-AA13,1,86 939.75 (2) (b) 1. An act committed during an induced abortion. This
7subdivision does not limit the applicability of ss. 940.04, 940.13, 940.15, and 940.16
8to an induced abortion.

SB306-AA13, s. 10r 9Section 10r. 940.04 of the statutes is repealed.".
